What it is
A batch payment in USDG from your shielded balance to a list of recipients: teams, contributors, partners. There is no public link between you as payer and the recipients.
Why it matters
A public payroll wallet shows who you pay and how much. Private payouts remove the payer side of that picture.

Limits
- Each recipient's incoming payment is visible on their address. What is hidden is who paid.
- Equal amounts to many recipients at the same time form a pattern. Splitting and jitter apply.
