Pinned contracts

What it is

Hooked pools run code on every swap. A pool that looks normal can carry a hook that behaves differently. Pinned contracts is Zerohook's check against that.

How it works

Before a quote is built, every router, hook and pool on the route is checked against its known code. A contract that does not match is not used for the quote.

What you see

Quotes only include contracts that passed the check.

Limits

• A pinned contract is known code, not audited code. Matching known code tells you the contract has not changed; it does not tell you the code is safe.
