Route simulation

Every route is simulated against the live chain before signing, so a failing route never reaches your wallet.

What it is

Before the app asks you to sign, it runs the exact route against the current state of Robinhood Chain.

How it works

The simulation uses the same calldata that will be sent. If the route reverts in simulation, or the output falls below the guaranteed minimum, the route is not offered for signing.

What you see

A route that reaches your wallet has already passed simulation. A route that fails never reaches it.

Limits

Simulation tests the chain state at one moment. The chain can change between simulation and inclusion. The hard limits (capped slippage and a guaranteed minimum) cover that gap: if the trade would land worse than the minimum, it reverts instead of filling.
